We have a habit of setting impossible standards for ourselves. Find a photograph. Make something better. This project started as a collaboration with a furniture brand that needed to show their sofa not as a product shot but as a lifestyle. Something their clients could actually see themselves living in. The sofa model we built from scratch. The entire environment too. Every material chosen to let the furniture breathe and speak for itself. The palette is restrained, beige and soft shadows with a quiet nod to neoclassical proportion. Every element in the room exists to support the furniture, creating a space where the sofa naturally becomes the center of attention. There was a reference photograph. A real one. We used it as a visual benchmark and then worked until our render surpassed it. The brief was to show a sofa in context. What we made was a room you want to walk into.
